When I was younger I was relegated to household chores like every other American youngin'. My need to express myself did not turn off when I was in work mode, so I would often write songs or sing while I worked.
As a now famous story in my family goes, one day I was cutting the grass on a riding lawn mower. My Dad, casually observing from a window, saw that instead of me cutting the grass, I was sitting idle on the mower, half of the yard still to be cut. To the untrained eye I was wasting gas, but my thoughts were a world away writing a song in a small yellow note pad and dreaming of stardom.
Thus, Running Mower has been the moniker I have used in all my published works so far. Now you are up to speed.
